Our Vision
for Sustainability
Climate Change
We recognise issues such as climate change, fuel poverty and community cohesion have very real social and financial implications on our tenants. Considering ESG risks, opportunities and protections is an inherent part of Verda Living’s acquisition and management process.
Positive Sustainability
We believe that organisations and developments which demonstrate positive sustainability characteristics are better placed to allow for tenants to thrive, helping to maintain stable cash-flows and the long-term financial sustainability of a development.
Long-Term Purpose
When assessing the suitability of long-term homes and setting out long term management procedures, a focus is set on sustainability risks and opportunities. Operating in a sustainable manner, which encompasses ESG factors, helps ensure we can fulfil our primary long term purpose.
